Can't remember your password?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to send a reminder. Check your email for your temporary password (you may need to check your junk folder).

How to order
Simply browse our catalogue by clicking on any of any of the displayed categories along the top. Click on any item to view more details, select any attributes the item may have (such as colour or size), and add it to your shopping cart. Continue shopping until you have everything you need. Once you are done, click the Shopping Cart link to confirm your selections and proceed through the checkout.

How will I know you have received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email within seconds of placing your order. Please keep a copy for reference.

Where will my order be shipped to?
Orders will be sent to your Ship To Branch that you will indicate during checkout, with the next branch transfer shipment. Orders will be sent within one to two weeks.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on damaged or defective product. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at swag@bgecleanair.com to submit the request. Please email us the items you would like to return, your reason for return, your order number, and your contact information along with your request. We will review your request and respond with further instruction.
